During the active phase, a warm, chest-centered pad and subtle tone guide every 5.5-second inhale and exhale in one continuous wave—no holds, no counting out loud needed. A low Bb sub and gentle side-to-side wind layer help the body feel grounded and soothed.
After 10 minutes, the active tone drops away, but the pad and wind texture continue at a steady, comfortable level.
