About us

Melobleep is a trading name of Luke Tyler, Lakeside Edge, Peterborough, PE7 8RH. You can reach us at hello@melobleep.com.

Buying music

Prices are shown on each product page. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see your card details.

Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through. You'll then receive an email with a download button for each of your files, and your licence certificate attached as a PDF, made out to you.

Please download your files and keep your own copy. If you lose them, email us with your order details and we'll help.

Refunds

Your download links are emailed to you as soon as you pay. If something isn't right, email us at hello@melobleep.com within 14 days of the date of purchase and we'll sort it out, whether that means fixing a file or giving you a refund. After 14 days from the date of purchase, we can't offer refunds.

Custom composition

Custom work is agreed separately in writing, including the price, timeline and licence, before any work starts.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any consumer rights that your local law gives you.

The licence

Every purchase, whether a toolkit, a single track or a sound bed, comes with the licence below. It is the same wording as your licence certificate, which is attached to your order email and made out to you, with your purchase date and order reference.

Who is covered

Melobleep ("we") grants the person or business that bought the music ("you") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the recordings they bought, on the terms below.

This licence covers you and everyone who works in your business, including employees, associates and contractors, while they are working for your business and at any of your locations. It cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another person or business.

What you can do

  • Live sessions. Play the music during sessions, classes, treatments and workshops, in person or online (Zoom, Teams and similar).
  • Recordings. Use the music as background for your own guided meditations, hypnosis recordings, affirmations, podcasts and videos, including on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Apps and courses. Publish those recordings on meditation apps (such as Insight Timer) and course platforms (such as Teachable and Kajabi).
  • Recordings for clients. Record sessions or personal audio for your clients and give it to them.
  • Earn from your work. Sell or charge for the recordings and courses you make with the music, and keep any advertising income from them.

What you cannot do

  • Share or sell the files. You may not resell, give away or share the audio files, or include them in a music library, sound pack or stock audio product.
  • Release the music on its own. You may not publish any version of the music without your own voice or other substantial audio on top, on Spotify, Apple Music or anywhere else.
  • Play it as background music. This licence does not cover playing the music as general background music in a building when no session is taking place.
  • Claim the music. You may not register your recordings with YouTube Content ID, or any similar system, in a way that claims the music.
  • Train AI. You may not use the music, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or allow anyone else to.

Ownership

All rights in the music remain with Melobleep. This licence gives you permission to use the music. It does not transfer ownership of it.

Proof of licence

Keep your licence certificate with your order confirmation email. Together they are your proof of licence. Melobleep music is not registered with YouTube Content ID, so your videos should not receive claims for it. If one ever does, email hello@melobleep.com and we will help clear it.

If the licence terms are broken

If you break these terms, this licence ends and you must stop using the music.
